Our tours are small, intimate affairs, usually with just 8 participants, comfortable (and sometimes luxury) accommodations, and meals at top tables. Our many years of visiting with winemakers has given us insider’s insight on some great backroads stops that you just might not find on your own.
Explore our three 2026 tours below and let us know which you wish to be on.

6-Day Burgundy Wine Journey
A curated exploration of the Côte d’Or and Côte Chalonnaise, featuring intimate producer visits, exceptional meals, and the exploration through France’s most storied vineyards.
Day 1 – Arrival in Burgundy
We meet in Chambolle and check in to our hotel, Bellevigne Bourgogne. We begin with a venture into the upper reaches of Nuits-Saint-Georges for an intimate visit with Axelle Machard de Gramont, a rising star crafting expressive, soulful wines. We follow with a lunch at a favorite spot, Le Bon Pinard.
We will enjoy an unparalleled welcome dinner at our hotel, celebrating our first evening in Burgundy.
Day 2 – Cote de Nuits
This morning we venture into Gevrey a tasting with Alexandrine at Domaine Marc Roy. We then head down the RN74 into Nuits St George for lunch and an afternoon visit with Pascal and Odilon at Marchand-Tawse, for a tasting focused on precision, purity, and terroir.
That evening we dine at the renowned Millesime, one of our most-loved restaurants, always a guest favorite.
Day 3 – Heading into Cote d’Beaune
Today’s route weaves through the legendary villages of Chambolle, Vougeot, Vosne-Romanee, and Corton offering iconic vineyard views and amazing wines.
Late morning, we arrive at Clos de la Chapelle, where winemaker Pierre Murgey welcomes us for a deep dive into the domaine’s biodynamic approach. Our tasting flows seamlessly into a private lunch at the estate, surrounded by centuries-old vines.
In the afternoon, we check into our Beaune hotel, Le Cep. We have the afternoon free to wander around town or take a cooking class with a local chef, where we will be dining that evening. This is a top dinner by any measure.
Day 4 – Pommard, Volnay & Meursault
Today’s route offers dramatic scenery and diverse terroirs as we climb toward St-Romain, known for its limestone cliffs and panoramic views. We will weave through the legendary villages of Pommard, Volnay, and Meursault, offering iconic vineyard views and amazing wines.
We will meet up Thibault at Huber Verdereau for a tasting that highlights the elegance and tension of Côte de Beaune wines.
Lunch is at a refined local table known for its seasonal Burgundian cuisine.
The short ride back to Beaune leaves time to refresh before dinner with our dear friend Olivier, where craftsmanship in the kitchen mirrors the finesse found in the region’s wines.
Day 5 – Into the Côte Chalonnaise
Today we ride south through the fabled Chardonnay vineyards of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet and into a region rich in authenticity and rural charm, the Côte Chalonnaise.
We visit Domaine Chevrot to meet Pablo and Vincent, whose passion for organic viticulture shines through in every wine.
A hearty and convivial lunch follows. We continue on to our final hotel, Domaine Rymska, with the afternoon to enjoy by the pool or spa.
A very special farewell dinner will be prepared by the local chef just for us.
Day 6 – Departure
This morning, enjoy one last breakfast at our superb hotel before heading to Le Creusot TGV station.
All meals are covered and will be exquisite as I will be there and like to eat and drink very well.
There will be supplements the cooking school and solo travelers.
